At Rebel Rebel, every artwork is made to order and carefully produced especially for you. We ship worldwide, with free standard delivery on every order.

Production & Dispatch

All Rebel Rebel prints are made to order. This helps us reduce unnecessary waste and overproduction while ensuring each piece is produced specifically for your order.

Once your order has been produced, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please note that production time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product ordered and the production facility fulfilling your order.

Estimated delivery dates may be shown during checkout, but these are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. During particularly busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances outside our control, delivery may occasionally take a little longer.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship Rebel Rebel artwork to customers around the world.

Standard delivery is free worldwide, so there are no additional standard shipping charges added to your order.

International orders may occasionally be subject to local customs charges, import duties or taxes depending on the destination country. Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside Rebel Rebel's control.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Please allow a little time after receiving your dispatch notification for tracking information to become active.

Packaging

Artwork is carefully packaged to help protect it throughout its journey to you. Packaging methods may vary depending on the size, format and destination of your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the item and its packaging so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or resolution.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Occasionally deliveries can be delayed for reasons outside our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or tracking has stopped updating, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the shipment.

Delivery Addresses

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

As our products are made to order and can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once production has started.
